Which age group to register for Fall 2024?

When will the schedule be released?

The AYSC schedule will be posted to our website around mid to late August. 

What team will my child be on?

Team selection is done by our registrar, and we will do all that we can to accommodate specific coach, player or practice day requests that are submitted during the registration process. Requests are honored on a first come, first serve basis. Due to several considerations we cannot promise that your request will be honored. 

When will I know what team my child is on?

Coaches will be given their team information in mid-late July, and are asked to contact their players quickly.  Be patient as they are volunteers, but contact us if you haven't heard from them by the second week of August.

When and where will practices be?

Our VOLUNTEER coaches select practice fields and times that best fit within their needs.  They may not get their first choice depending on other coaches' preferences, as some fields and times are more popular than others.

Your child's coach will contact you sometime between late July - mid August with your team's practice field times and location.  Most coaches practice twice a week, usually Mon & Wed, or Tues & Thurs, but as they are volunteers practice slots are flexible to help fit within his or her schedule.

Once the season starts, some coaches may reduce the number of practices per week, especially in the younger age groups.

When is the first practice?

Practices can begin on August 1st.  Some coaches will start right away, others may need to wait a week or two - did we mention they're volunteers and may not be able to start right away?  Most of them have child-players themselves, and perfectly understand their desire to play as soon and as much as possible.

Refund Information:

Full Refund:        Registration fee paid less $10 will be refunded for any reason until July 1st.

Partial Refund:   Registration fee paid less $50 will be refunded per requests made from July 1st through August 15th.

No Refunds:       No refunds will be made for any requests after August 15th unless for medical reasons or approved by the Board of Directors.
